Archive and Document Scanning are a UK wide company, and with offices in England and Scotland. We are able to give your company the local support and service you may need, particularly when dealing with documents containing sensitive material. Having regional offices covering the whole of the UK, reduces your document archiving turnaround times and transport costs, something which many of our competitors are unable to provide. For example, if your company has offices located in different parts of the UK, ADS is clearly placed to service all your various offices, which means you get the continuity of using one company and the same personal contacts, but with a LOCAL service.
Archive and Document Scanning believes a face to face client contact is essential. We ensure that every client receives a personal visit, OR visits, offering advice ,and making sure that the client is completely comfortable and that their archiving and scanning requirements are being fully met before any contract begins. We will personally collect your documents directly from your office anywhere in the UK, and once scanned, we can, if you require, securely shred them in a strict security controlled environment. We will issue a Certificate of Destruction as a guaranteed proof that the documents have been securely destroyed. If you require on-site assistance to collate, sort, and pack your documents, then we can provide a full project managed end to end document managment service which will take all your worries away from your archiving process.
ADS Ltd use the latest Kodak Capture technology which we can scan all of your documents and outputs the files into a variety of file and database formats including OCR and NON OCR. We use Adobe Acrobat pdf files to TIFF or JPEG files, in black and white, greyscale or colour, so a item such as a simple till receipt to a A3 legal document or drawing-can be scanned.
