ADS believes a face to face client contact is essential and will ensure that every client receives a personal visit, OR visits, with advice to ensure that the client is fully comfortable that their archiving and scanning requirements are fully met before any contract is taken on. We will personally collect your documents direct from your office anywhere in the UK, and once scanned, if you require, we can securely shred them in a strict security controlled environment. We will issue a Certificate of Destruction guarantee as proof that the documents have been securely destroyed. If you require on-site assistance to collate, sort, and pack your documents, then we can provide a full project managed end to end service which will take all your worries away from the archiving process.

ADS Ltd use the latest Fujitsu and Kodak Capture technology we can scan all of your documents and output the files into a variety of file and database formats. We use Adobe Acrobat pdf files to TIFF or JPEG files, in black and white, greyscale or colour, so a item such as a simple till receipt to a A3 legal document or drawing can be scanned.
