Can I send my documents in the post via standard delivery?
We would highly recommend you send us your documents in a recorded or special delivery package. ADS has an agreed contract with TNT and Business Post so we are able to collect from you at a much reduced rate.
What is your lead time?
We guarentee to reply to any enquiry within 24 hours max.
Can I see an example of the quality?
If you send us a sample of your documentation we will scan it FREE OF CHARGE without any commitment on your part. This will allow you to see first hand how document scanning will benefit your business.
In what format are documents stored?
We can scan all of your documents and output the files into a variety of file and database formats. We use Adobe Acrobat pdf files to TIFF or JPEG files, in black and white, greyscale or colour, so a item such as a simple till receipt to a A3 legal document or drawing can be scanned.
What do ADS do with our data?
Your electronic files will be kept on our server until you indicate to us that you are happy with the results of our work. However at that point we will delete all your files on the server and backup tapes so that none of your information remains with us.
What does ADS do with our paperwork?
We can either return it to you or if required we will destroy the documents and issue a Certificate of Destruction after your documents have been scanned and approved. This will be carried out by a registered secure document destruction company.
