LEVER ARCH FILES

ADS has OCR Scanned, electronically archived and shredded the Accounts Department paperwork for the Chanton Group including invoices and other documents all contained in lever arch files. The old lever arch files had done an amazing job in storing an immense amount of Accounts information but ADS helped the client to free up valuable space in the main office as well as three other smaller offices. The OCR files will now let the accounts staff quickly search for past records without the usual paperwork hunt that can be very time consuming. Here’s a thought did you know that first designs of the Lever Arch file were first patented in the 1890’s?
