Archive and Document Scanning are pleased to announce that this week they have completed the first stage of a scanning project for River Clyde Homes Housing Association. Over 5000 files had to be scanned, indexed, and then securely destroyed by secure shredding. The space which was saved by converting the paper files to electronic format has enabled River Clyde Homes to save itself a large amount of rent it was paying for a building.
This is a good example of how a company save a large amount of money by reducing the amount of archive filing and free up dead space.
