ADS has been chosen to annually scan the Year 7 student records and files for new students moving up to secondary education every September. ADS have to work to a very precise timescale when the files are collected and scanned, then all the data returned re- assembled in their files during the October half term holidays. This is to ensure the staff have access to the files during the term time. ADS have to plan its production over the year to allow for this work to be done at this time.
