There is also a little talked about aspect of this process – recycling the paper. After the scanning has been completed and permission for secure destruction is given the paper then goes for secure shredding and converted into paper pulp used for newsprint. So as well as releasing office space you’ve also recycled your old paper documents. Now that’s a good feeling.
